Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include any packaging they came with.
Please note: All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
How to Start a Return
Just reply to your order confirmation email and let us know which item(s) you'd like to send back. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance — this helps protect your return in case of transit issues.
Refunds
Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll send an email letting you know we’ve got it — along with an update on whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind our products. If something arrives damaged or defective, let us know right away. We’ll replace it as quickly as possible — no extra steps needed.
